FESTIVAL PARKING is located on the grounds of the Barnsdall Art Park free of charge. If parking on the hill, you are not allowed to park at the Hollyhock lot or on the ditch side of the road (you may be towed). If parking is full there is additional parking available at the neighboring Kaiser Permanente Lot 4715 Parking Structure on E Barnsdall Ave. (off of Vermont) for approximately $4 all day on Sunday (Sorry we do not validate).
